We are thrilled to be partnering with WNCCEIB (Western North Carolina Citizens Ending Institutional Bigotry), an amazing community organization and nonprofit in Western North Carolina that has been coordinating individual and community responses to hate activity, hate crimes and institutional discrimination on a shoestring budget for more than 20 years.  Their work was an inspiration for “Crossing the River” and they continue to inspire through the work they do every day. Please see their website to get involved or to seek help (and see our Reviews page for WNCCEIB Coordinator Monroe Gilmour’s quote about “Crossing the River”).

We are honored to be partnering with Project RACE as our first partner of 2013.  Project RACE are the national advocates for multiracial children, teens, adults, and their families primarily through multiracial education and community awareness.  They have a strong component of young people actively involved with the organization through Project RACE Teens and Project RACE Kids, creating video content and updating their blog frequently as a message of support to the multiracial community.  We are excited to share more about what our partnership holds in store as we move forward! (Please see our Reviews page for Project RACE Advisory Board’s quotes about “Crossing the River”)
